[Description] KB Cheongchun Maru is a vibrant multi-cultural space located in the heart of Hongdae, Seoul's most energetic youth district. Transformed from an old bank branch into a cultural hub by KB Kookmin Bank, it is famous for its iconic "Yellow Stairs," which serve as an open outdoor seating area and a popular meeting spot. The facility's unique architectural design, featuring cascading terraces, has earned several prestigious architectural awards. The center offers a diverse range of free cultural programs, including indie band performances, art exhibitions, creative workshops, and talk concerts specifically curated for the younger generation. Inside, visitors can find a cozy library, relaxing lounges, and collaborative workspaces. It stands as a dynamic urban landmark where the raw creative energy of Hongdae meets modern community support, providing a welcoming "basecamp" for youth to explore their passions and rest amidst the bustling city. [How to Get There] The center is exceptionally easy to reach via the Seoul Metro. The most convenient way is to take Line 2, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, or Airport Railroad to Hongik University Station and use Exit 9. From the exit, walk straight for about 5 minutes toward the main Hongdae shopping street, and you will see the striking yellow stairs on your left. Numerous city buses stop at the "Hongik University Station" or "Seogyo-dong" stations, which are just a short walk from the entrance of Cheongchun Maru.
